3 Day Treasures of Lapland

The beautiful resort of Pyha is the setting for our 3 day excursion to Lapland. This attractive ski village offers an excellent variety of accommodations from comfortable hotel rooms to the more traditional log cabins with log fire (where available). In Pyha experience a magical encounter with Santa & his Special Elves. Noisy Nod, Speedy Sam, Snowy Bowy & Tricky Dicky will ensure you have lots of fun along the way in your quest to find Santa. Drive snowmobiles over open tracks and experience reindeer & husky sleigh rides as you begin your Arctic expedition. Treasure the experience as you finally meet Santa in his idyllic secret hideaway.

Day 1. During our flight to Lapland today there will be a Christmas sing-song with the cooperation of the cabin crew. Leaving the UK far behind, we arrive at Rovaniemi Airport, ready to depart to the scenic resort of Pyha. Once we arrive in resort we’ll make sure you receive your thermal over garments and boots, then it’s time to settle into your chosen accommodation. Tonight you may just encounter Noisy Nod, Speedy Sam or one of their chums while tobogganing or playing in the snow. Later this evening, it's time to relax in the main restaurant, with our welcome dinner, which is buffet style.

Day 2. It’s an early start today so make sure you’re in time to enjoy a hearty breakfast in the main restaurant, with its stunning view over the fells of Pyha. Then, we’ll begin our search for Santa in earnest. Let’s hope the elves won’t try to misleadus or we may lose our way! As we head to various locations, Santa’s reindeer are waiting to guide the way. If the magnificent reindeer can’t find the great man, then the energetic huskies may just succeed. We’ll break for lunch at an outdoor location before resuming our activities including some exhilarating snowmobiling. Did we catch a glimpse of Santa with the elves this morning? Before we return to Pyha for our well earned dinner, let’s search again. On returning to resort, children can enjoy the entertainers who will be performing at the hotel in the early evening.

Day 3. If we did not find Santa yesterday, then today we must search again using every mode of transport at our disposal. Following breakfast the brave husky dogs, the reindeer and our new friends Noisy Nod, Snowy Bowy, Speedy Sam and Tricky Dicky will help us in our efforts once again as we endeavour to find Father Christmas. Santa is expecting to see all the children before it’s time for them to leave Lapland and a warm welcome will be assured. Lunch will be available at an outdoor location. In the early afternoon it will be time for us to head to Rovaniemi for our return flight to the UK and en-route our guides will provide you with special souvenir licences to commemorate this never to be forgotten trip to Lapland.
